I had the pleasure of working with Daniel Nelson over the past 6+ months. My matter was in the Family Law arena, and I was incredibly impressed with the amount of 1:1 time Dan spent with me, explaining the process and preparing our case. I never felt like any of my questions were stupid, his responses to emails and phone calls were prompt (even returning an emergency email at 5:30 pm on a Friday!) and easy to understand, and his attention to detail was commendable. I also appreciated the Daniel encouraged me to work outside of the courtroom to come to an agreement with the other party. Daniel's lack of a "vengeful" attitude that I had experienced with another lawyer left me feeling confident that he had his motivations correct, and my daughter's best interest in mind. In the end, what is right is not always what is easy, and being able to navigate the Family Court with an outstanding lawyer like Daniel made all the difference to me.
This guy is clueless and gives bad information. I would not suggest anyone going to him.
