DO NOT HAVE JOANNA LIST YOUR PROPERTY. She has been VERY unprofessional and at times utterly rude. She has lied repeatedly to cover her tracks and lacks any type of people skills. I have sold a home prior to this and had a pleasant experience. I feel like she tried to take advantage of me, the seller, for her personal gain. I have been misrepresented by her and am now very sorry I didn't go with my prior realtor (I heard great things about RYEN realty by several friends). When the house didn't sell- instead of using my interior photo's (she only has exterior photo's listed though the interior is the entire reason I myself bought the home), which are professionally done, she insisted that we lower the price even though I had at that time been told by numerous people, in the real estate field, that what I was asking for was a VERY reasonable price. I would never just write something like this to be mean, I seriously want to save you the time and MONEY you will loose using her as your realtor. This has put a bad taste in my mouth for RYEN REALTY. I know you cant judge an entire business for one person's actions but she is really doing an injustice for that company. If I can help one person not go through the trouble I have then I will at least have one positive experience with this process. I wish this would have been a happier review BUT as in all life experiences- sometimes you win some and sometimes you loose.
